Plant Brain is going to be difficult if your equipment is not good enough or your party members' levels are low.
Plant Brain has a Left and Right Tentacle once again. However, Plant Brain also has access to a strong Thunder spell. Plant Brain can cast Thunder on a single target or your whole party.
Keep your HP up with Potions. Blank will come as a reinforcement later, so it might be wise to hold off on stealing during the early part of the battle.
Use Vivi's Magic as well as Steiner's Sword Magic to deal loads of damage to Plant Brain.
