Twisted Power

After using Touch of Chaos, has a 35% chance to activate Burst. Effect is doubled when target is sealed. Burst: Attacks all enemies, with a 60% chance to decrease Hit Chance for 1 turn, before increasing the caster's Combat Readiness by 25%.
