Ok I just got it, go through the academy, find the 2nd key and once you find him the 2nd time you’ll receive it.
The scarub is there, on the roof, need projectiles, however he does not seem to drop it any longer, I’m assuming I either messed up the order or maybe it will drop later
The Scarrab isn't at the location is there a reason for this or have I missed something?
