Description Attaches a small pouch to your arrow that spreads a volatile powder wherever the arrow strikes. Any nearby movement causes the powder to burst into flames. Surprise clueless passerby!
Upgrade The powder can be detonated a second time.

How to get:

Go to Halden, located on the east of Ravensburg in Grantebridgescire. You can find the Book of Knowledge in the church on the east side of Walden. You can either kill the guard who has the key to the church or destroy one of the glass windows to get inside. Get the Book of Knowledge once you're inside.

2nd Location - England, Suthsexe

How to get:

Go to Briggworth in the north part of Suthsexe. Find the tallest tower in the area and head there. Climb to the very top, move the obstacle blocking the way, and head down. You can get the Book of Knowledge on top of a table once you're inside.
