    i have three and just finished the storyline and no option on the expansion for the restaurant and no idea how to get the super interior designer level

    Yeah, either the trigger to expand the Restaurant is bugged or there is another stipulation not mentioned to be able to do it. It's annoying, I don't know how to progress with the Restaurant now :(

    I have 4 sets of roommates and th is feature is still not unlocked. Is this actually in the game?

    When you have 3 sets of roommates, you unlock the ability to upgrade your restaurant with another room.
