the one who knew punks like you would try to cheat the system to get the achievement for beating the game on the most difficult setting by playing it on the easiest and switching to the hardest when it was convenient
reload to an earlier save, where the difficulty was normal
Yes, this accidentally happened to me about half way into the game and now it's stupidly easy. I died once to a boss, and I spammed F to reload a save (I assumed) and I didn't read the message about difficulty, not only did it reload, but now I'm stuck on casual and can't move back to normal difficulty.
What idiot decided to let players go down a difficulty but not go back up? What happens when you do it by accident 1/2 way through the game? Good job super morons!
