But after using a flashbang you can kill it by using carlos assault rifle. I play only on normal mode. is there any difference to this monster when played on a higher difficulty?
yup. if you have the chance to run, just run, especially if you are on higher diff.
You're supposed to use an Acid Round to blind them then shoot them in the fact with the magnum. Alternatively you can just flash bang them as Carlos and run past them or use a single hand grenade and call it a day... Trying to fight them with a handgun or assault rifle is suicide... You're better off just taking your chances running past them because you save ammo and have a lower chance of being killed because you're moving around.
Not true on hardcore they are not very susceptible to fire. Acid or the mag is the way to go on harder difficulties
You can but it will take more stabbing and you might get killed in one shot. It's risky and will take more time but I think it will be satisfying if you've succeeded.
One flame round in standard does it, they are highly vounerable to fire.
Is it possible, instead of shooting its leg, you slash it?
