Naofumi is not a healer tho. but I understand what u mean. they don't want to use a healer/tank in games since it looks 'weak' for them.
Just like in the shield hero (manga/anime/LN), no one wants to be a healer in a team. They always think that it's not important. They just want to shoot and shoot. nothing else.

It's clearly said there that the AED device can also increase the speed effect of healing items. read more I guess
What's the difference between the AED Device and the EMT License equipment? "Decrease time to revive" and "increase speed you revive" sound like the exact same thing just phrased differently.
January and Valerie is really a must picked character for the resitance since their skills are really useful and a must have to succeed on defeating the mastermind
