Doors are Random in Every Playthrough

Super Mario RPG Remake - Doors are Random in Every Playthrough
In the Bowser's Keep Trial Course, there are six doors to choose, and you'll have to complete four to proceed.

However, the doors are randomized for every playthrough. The doors will be different for every player, and there's no way to know what's behind each doors except for entering them, so we won't be able to recommend which one to choose.

Any Four Can Be Chosen to Proceed

Super Mario RPG Remake - Any Four Can Be Chosen to Proceed
If you just want to proceed, it doesn't matter much which doors you choose and which challenges you complete. Any four of the doors will allow you to progress.

Some of the challenges are more difficult in some doors though, and some doors have better rewards at the end of them. When you complete a challenge behind a door, the door will get marked with an X. You'll then have to select another door to start a different course.

Completing the Non-Puzzle Courses is Recommended

Super Mario RPG Remake - Completing the Non-Puzzle Courses is Recommended
There are two action courses, two battle courses, and two puzzle courses among the six doors. Each of these have prizes at the end.

The prizes at the end of both puzzle courses are both a single Rock Candy. This item pales in comparison to the prizes at the end of the battle and puzzle courses, most of which are the most powerful weapons you can have on your characters until the post-game.

If you want to only play the non-puzzle courses, lose intentionally when you happen to enter through a puzzle door. Pick another door when you get sent back to the selection room.

You Can Complete All the Doors After Exor's Defeat

You don't have to worry if you didn't manage to pick the challenges you wanted in the four required to progress. After defeating Exor, you can return to finish the remaining ones and get their rewards.
