All Moves by Damage Dealt |
Has the user throw consecutive flames in an arc into the designated area up to 3 times, dealing damage to oppsing Pokemon they hit and leaving them burned. When a flame hits an opposing Pokemon, the user gains one heat energy. If this move is used again, the user shoots out an exploding flame, dealing damage to opposing Pokemon it hits based on the user's amount of heat energy and leaving them burned. After using the follow-up attack, the user cannot use basic attacks for a short time.
Always hold down the move button when using Overheat. Doing so makes Chandelure fire three (3) projectiles before ending the move.
Chandelure can still move while it's channeling Overheat. Use this mechanic to maneuver around and hit targets.
Use Imprison or Poltergeist to set up Overheat. The disable from Imprison or the slow from Poltergeist makes it easier to hit all of Overheat's projectiles.
After using Mystical Fire initially, Chadelure can fire a single shot of flame at a target. It's best to pick a target with low HP or is susceptible to burst damage since the move deals decent damage.
For maximum damage, it's best to always get three (3) heat charges before firing the last projectile. The damage dealt by this shot increases the more heat charges Chandelure has.
