Since you become invincible briefly when you use Fairy Frolic, you can avoid all incoming damage from attacks and moves with proper timing. A neat trick is bait out your enemies moves, then use Fairy Frolic to avoid their damage. Remember to land on as many enemies as possible to quickly heal up, especially in teamfights.
You can use Fairy Frolic to leap over walls and other impassable terrain. You can control the direction of Fairy Frolic's leap and where it lands. Use this mechanic to flank your enemies or make an escape.
