Yes I know there's Area Zero, but hear me out, lower levels can sometimes make this easier for mid-late game. I've found best place for Attack is the same bamboo area you go to for evolving to Kingambit. Pawniard/Bisharp 1/2, Teddirusa/Ursaring 1/2, Scyther/Heracross 1/2, Nymble/Lokix 1/2, Passimian 2 I've found the big sandy area between Levincia and Zapapico is best for Defense. RolyColy/Carkol 1/2, Orthworm 2, Torkoal 2, Silicobra 1, Nacli 1 I'm looking for the other stats.
Its annoying how most sites recommand just the 1EV area, when Area Zero is right there, sure its the EV item what will do most, but 10 battles with 1 EV mons obviously gives less than 10 battles with 2-3 EV mons, and its not hard to find them in area zero
litleo gives +1 spe atk EV.......
In that South Province (Area 3) for Attack EV training, you can also find Litleo that gives plus 3 Attack EV.
I'd like to add in the Area Zero location for late-/post-game EV training. Most of those pokemon in that area give you lots of EV points per defeat. The paradox pokemon, for example, give you 3 points of their respective EV. Many of the last-evolution pokemon give you 2 points each.
Is EV training on paradox pokemon good? I am a scarlet player and when I EV train for atk, I usually use encounter power fighting and defeat slither wing and it's usually fast for me.
In the psyduck farming area for Sp Atk, flaafy can also be encountered which fives 2 Sp Atk each
you guys recommend rookidee for speed, but in the same area you can also get pawmi (though a fair bit rarer) for speed evs too
Smoliv also gives Sp. Atk if you're in South Province (Area Two) farming Mareep also
For hp, just in the entrance of los platos. I would include igglybuff along with azurill, lechonk and paldean wooper
it’s +8 in the stat the band is even if you fight somthing that gives attack ev and you have a power band (sp.def) you will get 1 attack and 8 sp.def
Silly question but could someone please clarify this: the power items are ADDING +8 EVs right? Not just making the total 8 EVs? So if you fight something that naturally gives +1 ATK and you’re wearing a Power Bracer, you would be getting 9 total EVs for that fight because 8+1=9? Or am I misunderstanding. Thanks!
in north area 3, golduck is very very common in the river by poke center and gives 2 sp atk evs
Flamigo gives 2 attack evs and can be found in West Province Area Two
What about bottle caps? Dropped form Raids
I found Cryoganal outside of Glaseado (in the Glaseado Mountain region)
For HP EV yielding you are recommending Marill in South Province (Area Four) and that's a great area, but not only because of Marill. There are also Paldean Wooper, Barboach and Lechonk (1 HP each one)! My advice would be to go near the lakes and look for Woopers and Marills while also battling ocasional Barboaches and stray Lechonks.
No. I tried with a power lense Flittle, both as the active auto battler and as a bench warmer.
I would add Nymble to the list of recommended Attack EV yielders. Nymble appears in South Province (Area 3), among other areas, and with the already recommended Shinx and Growlithe you can improve the Attack EV quite fast.
Do you gain EVs on auto battle?
