Both ttyd and super paper mario ask you if you wanna save after the credits and if you do in ttyd it gives you 3 final new trouble center troubles and maybe some different dialogue too but i think that's it. But it also makes it so you can never fight the shadow queen again sadly! If you dont chose save though then it let's you fight her still but then you can't get those last 3 troubles.
