once you enter the alternate lush forest area past the guarding mawile, the jolteon is immediately to the left, almost behind you. Later near the return point, there is a few spikes of jolteon’s fur. They are not that close to each other.
My jolteon is hidden underground and only his fur is poking out. How do I get him to come play?
Outaway Cave (missed the autocorrect)
Jolteon is in Ottawa Cave. Take the alternate route right after Croagunk. Hit both of the Carbink and the Mawile to make Diancie appear. Hit Diancie with an Illumina Orb and she will release a light which calms the next Mawile, allowing you to take an alternate route. In this new route, Jolteon will be on your left hiding in some bushes.
