You can find Royal Ludroth and their egg nests in Monsonne Plains. With a Qurupeco's Monster Call, you can lure them out and possibly make them retreat!

Make Royal Ludroth Retreat

To get guaranteed Royal Ludroth eggs, you can make them retreat by following the conditions above conditions. Afterwards, follow them to their den and gather an egg from their nest while Royal Ludroth is sleeping!
