Find in Pondry Hills

You can find Yian Kut-Ku and their egg nests in Pondry Hills. With a Qurupeco's Monster Call, you can lure them out and possibly make them retreat!

Make Yian Kut-Ku Retreat

To get guaranteed Yian Kut-Ku eggs, you can make them retreat by following the conditions above conditions. Afterwards, follow them to their den and gather an egg from their nest while Yian Kut-Ku is sleeping!

Optionally, you can get the Den Protector skill to further increase the chances of Yian Kut-Ku retreating. You can get this skill early with the Pink Rathian's armor, Rath Heart Armor!
