At first yeah but when my avatar level got higher the items I can get are still the same. So that's when I knew that the power level is responsible for having more powerful items.
A lot of people misunderstand this. Turns out they have the same power level and character level and that confuses them.
I thought the character level decides the power level of the item I can get. Thanks for explaining.

But on the other page, it's different.
It's the average power of your all items. This page is misleading other players.
on their other page, it says there that it depends on your power level. but here it's character level. which is right?
hmmm. I think you have it wrong about the level of gear when trading. I noticed it changes because of your power level and not the character level. I might be wrong but that's what I have observed. delete this if you want.
