Patch Notes and Bug Fixes
Anti-Cheat Measures Added-In
As of V. 0.7.7, Mage Arena now has anti-cheat added in the game. The developer jrsjams has mentioned in their patch notes that they will monitor the effectiveness of the anti-cheat system in the long-term, but is hoping to break current public cheats used in lobbies.

・Freeze, magic missile, and thunderbolt voice detection improvements ・The region size to find matches has been increased to the max so regions with lower playercounts should be able to find games now, i will be monitoring if this causes ping issues ・Permanent blocklist for hosts and a (hopefully) always working kick option ・Option to clear custom flags in settings and disable them for the match in the join team screen ・Bug fixes |
Several optimizations have been made to the overall game performance, including better voice detection on Spells, better matchmaking, a blocklist for hosts and a hopefully (Developer's words), working kick option as well as minor bug fixes.
Balance Adjustments

There are several adjustments made to other spell effects such as Freeze being nerfed by late-game and a longer Wormhole spell. Golems are now killable with melee weapons.
No New Content This Patch
The developer jrsjams has indicated in this patch that there is no new content at the moment and has stated as well that they would rather do spaced out large updates with lots of new stuff to do than frequent small updates. We will keep you posted of course on these new updates whenever they come!
