Restart the Game
Restarting the game can help alleviate the freezing issues. If the issue persists, the problem is likely caused by an unstable internet connection or outdated GPU drivers.
End Mage Arena in Task Manager
If users are unable to restart the game, they may need the aid of Task Manager to forcefully close the program. Open the Task Manager and locate Mage Arena, then select End Task.
Ensure a Stable Internet Connection
An unstable internet connection may cause the game to freeze, rendering players unable to either reconnect or return to the menu. Ensure your internet connection is stable to avoid encountering the freezing issue.
When this occurs, check the status of your connection on other devices first before contacting your ISP.
Restart Your PC
If restarting the game does not resolve the issue and your internet connection is stable, opt to restart your PC instead to solve the issue. The issue may be localized in your hardware and be resolved with a quick PC restart.
Verify Integrity of Game Files
The freezing issue may be caused by corrupted game files, which can be fixed by verifying their integrity. Users can verify the integrity of game files by:

- Select Properties
