If Windblight Ganon is far from your reach, avoid charging straight to it and run sidewards to avoid its long-ranged attacks. Wait until it stops attacking and expose its weak-point gauge before dashing in.
Most of Windblight's attacks are long-ranged but if you're close enough, you can perfect dodge them and perform Flurry Rushes.
Look out for a large white marker on the ground while fighting Windblight Ganon and back away from it. This attack covers a large area around Windblight so run outside the circle as soon as it appears.
Of course, remember to use the rune that corresponds the rune prompt to interrupt some of its attacks and avoid getting wrecked.
Although Waterblight and Fireblight Ganon will start off with half HP, Thunderblight and Windblight Ganon will start with full HP. Otherwise, all Blight Ganons will act the same how you fought them previously.
