If 1.0 players still struggle with resources now, the probably just went all over the place with theri Trailblaze power. I have 6-8 Chars Semi Build (LvL 70/80 with 70/80 LC and Lvl 6 traces at least, 5 Star relics but not BiS) and still have over 50 Fuel left to build Kafka once she releases. Im not big into MoC, but everything else is a breeze anyway.

This is a Gacha, you either pay with money, or time.

if you like her so much you might be willing to do everything to make her good. pull her eidolons, invest on her niche teammates. pull for her support in the future etc. but remember not everyone is willing to do this.

TC has been saying kokomi is good from her release. but back then only ayaka benefitted from her. so if you dont have ayaka there wasnt much reason to get her. now nibloom wants her too so her value increases. SW is indeed RNG and you need really proper planning to play her. Best way to counter this is play mono team.

Honestly, I don't care what people say about her and still pull since 90% of Youtube/reddit/whatever analysis of Characters pre release or shortly after are garbage and not accurate whatsoever. Take Genshin for example; Kazuha bad and not worth pullins (became best elemental support in game), Kokofish bad and not worth pulling (best healler and really strong supporter/enabler) or in HSR how SW is pure RNG and doesn#t work etc. People on the internet just don't know what the talk about.

Hell lotta mid and expensive to build as she needs two niche DoT males to function. Her competition being Jing Yuan..just needs Tingyun which is a universal support everyone uses. Also the fact that her skill only proc DoT on the main target is kinda garbage. I saved up for her but might skip her now for Jingliu
