His damage at C0 with 3NAC combo is pretty similar to his damage at C1 with 5NAC combo. The only difference is that his stamina at C1 is a lot more manageable than at C0. If you want more damage then definitely pull for his weapon instead of C1. But if you want more comfiness and smooth gameplay then go for his C1.

Her design is my favorite and her gameplay too but... her performance is disappointing compared to other titans like Neuvilette or Arlecchino. Maybe if her attacks had a huge area and the C1 had been part of her passive she would be much better.

Why would you put Kazuha in reverse melt team suggestion? You can't swirl cryo there. Furina, Zhongli, or Shenhe is a better replacement for Kazuha. Even Sucrose is even better than Kazuha in Wrio's reverse melt team.
