on c0 is good as hu tao c1 on c1 is vastly stronger than hu tao as damage and utility

IMO the strongest C0 dps but also requires alot of skill

The people crying about how bad she is are just too poor to pull her. c1 she's better than any other dps hands down. Her nuke potential is insane, put her on with yelan and bennet and watch her go nuts. Even c0 with zhongli is fine. She has the potential to be a cheap f2p friendly with only a shielder being a requirement unless c1 (just like neuvi) or whales can take her to explosive levels of damage with vapes. cry more chino haters.

She's garbage

if you have high enough skill level her dps is better than neuvi. kazhua yelan bennett is extremely strong , and that's with talent levels at 7
