Machamp - How to Get and Location, Evolution, and Research Tasks
Machamp benefits most from the Adamant Nature. The increase in Attack allows Machamp to better utilize its physical offense. Since most of its attacks are physical, it won't mind the drop in Special Attack.
While a speed increasing nature is often considered for battles in mainline Pokemon games, it doesn't play as big of a factor in Legends: Arceus due to every Pokemon's access to the Agile and Strong Styles. Make up for lower speed by planning around your turn order.
Agile and Strong Styles: How to Master Moves
Close Combat and Drain Punch are Machamp's go to moves with reliable power and accuracy. This allows Machamp to deal significant damage, while also staying healthy thanks to the recovery from Drain Punch. Stone Edge and Poison Jab offer good coverage by allowing it to hit the Rock and Fairy-types that Machamp would otherwise have trouble with.
This moveset for Machamp also gives it strong moves against Volo's Arcanine, Lucario, and Togekiss. It will be risky to put it up against Togekiss, though so only use it in a pinch.
