if the area of effect of the blast doesn't reach you and you avoided it, I think it counts as a dodge lol.

nemesis reminded me of nomus in BNHA. they're quite similar in build and in looks. hahaha
It's an attack but not a weapon I guess. just wait for them to put his weapons here.
is his poison-like attack in the end is also considered as a weapon?
They should also include "Nemesis Tentacles" that is really is deadly especially for Jill
he only has 2 weapons (or 3, including the tentacles). Rocket Launcher and the Flamethrower.
