You can continue working in shops despite having multiple failed attempts in Tamagotchi Plaza! See if shops will permanently close, what counts as a failed attempt, and how to reset them here!

Shops Won't Close

Go Back To Town

Shops won't close even if you fail multiple requests from customers. In exchange, business would be slower instead.

After your third failed attempt, the Tamagotchi Manager would ask if you wanna head back to town due to a lack of customers. If you say no and decide to continue working in the shop, you have to wait five seconds for the next customer to enter. This will continue until you get one smiling yellow face!

Three Brown Faces Count as Failed Attempts

Note that a failed attempt is defined as three brown smiling faces and not getting a single yellow smiling face after attempting to fulfill a customer's request.

Other Tamagotchi would be excited to line up to your shop again once you score at least one yellow smiling face. Accomplishing this would also prevent the manager from suggesting that we go to town and the five-second waiting queue for customers.
