After the introduction, you'll choose a Vice-Chairman from six Tamagotchis. Your choice of Vice-Chairman doesn't really affect anything, so we recommend choosing the Tamagotchi you like the most. You will be walking all around Tamahiko Town with them, after all!

What Vice-Chairman Choice Affects

Only Your Starting Location

Your choice of Vice-Chairman only changes your starting location to match the shop of the Tamagotchi you picked. For example, if you chose Mametchi, you'll start the game in front of the Dentist Shop.

Despite being teleported to a specific shop, you're free to explore the other shops and even your own house right away!
