After defeating the Machine Hive, jump over to the right section of the ship to reach the vending machine with this can.
If you missed collecting Moonwell #37 in Spire 4 and have completed this now inaccessible area, you can still obtain the can by fishing for it in the Oasis found in the Great Desert.
Make sure to use Strange Bait in order to have a chance of acquiring it.
