Complete Wasteland Basin Puzzle and Challenge

The Cyber Magician Design Pattern required to craft the Cyber Magician Outfit is found in the Wasteland Basin, northeast of the Wasteland.
To obtain this Design Pattern, complete the area's pressure plate puzzle and shooting target challenge.

| Step | Instructions |
| 1 | Grab the smaller cart and drag it to open the room with the large orange cart. |
| 2 | Remove the large orange cart from the small area. |
| 3 | Drag the smaller cart to open the room with the second smaller cart. |
| 4 | Move the second smaller cart towards the pressure plate to partially open the gate. |
| 5 | Open the gate by moving the first cart towards the second pressure plate holding the gate up. |
| 6 | Move the large orange cart to the bigger pressure plate found in the newly opened area. |
The first stage of the challenge to get the Cyber Magician Outfit is to solve a pressure plate puzzle using the various carts in the area.

Shooting Target Challenge
After climbing the rope, the Cyber Magician Outfit's chest will be locked. It will initiate a shooting target challenge upon interacting with it.
Shoot the black and white targets, and avoid shooting the red targets to score points.
Score 10 points in the shooting challenge to unlock the chest and obtain the Design Pattern: Cyber Magician to craft the Cyber Magician Outfit.
