You can claim a total of 20 Skin Tickets if you purchase the Prime Season Pass, but only 10 Golden Tickets with the free version. The Prime Season Pass includes Prime Goodie Bags, which can drop Skin Tickets.

Chance to Drop from a Prime Goodie Bag

Rivals Prime Goodie Bag

Golden Tickets have a 14.29% chance to drop when opening a Prime Goodie Bag, which are available from the Prime Season Pass. Unfortunately, the regular Goodie Bag does not contain a Golden Ticket.
