Generation 10 Fire Starter
Pombon is one of the three new starters revealed for Pokemon Winds and Waves and will be the Fire-type starter of Generation 10. Classified as the Puppy Pokémon, Pombon's design is a mix of a real life Pomeranian puppy with an added "flare" of an adorable fiery Pokemon!
The area below its throat glows faintly from the heat-generating organ within its lungs. This Pokémon is guileless and friendly.

Ability description is from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
Similar to other Fire-type Starter Pokemon, Pombon's Ability is Blaze, which powers up its physical and special Fire-type moves by 50% if its health is low and can be useful when it is in critical health in battles.
Pombon is weak against Water and Rock-type Moves, which are Pokemon that you may encounter early in the game. Worry not, as Pombon is strong against Grass and Bug-type Pokemon!
