Along with rare bones, I was also able to find stardust in the same spot after defeating giratina.
Yeah you can get as many rare bones as u want. The rare bones been there every time i go back lol
It seems as though if you walk backwards through the door you entered, you return to the starting room.
Yeah, if you return to Giratina's room you can find a Rare Bone. It happened twice for me, I have a hunch it just keeps reappearing.
I found a rare bone in the cave after I caught giratina, i was running through doors just to get out and ended up back in the same room to catch giratina and found an item sitting where giratina was.
