maybe that's what enix is doing.. what they want fans (veterans) to realize.. how deep the story is.. yes, we might have already an idea what's gonna happen.. but with the remake they want us to view this in the present. How did we feel when we played it years ago? And how will we feel now? It's watching a movie the second time..
i want to say there is a movie but advent children honestly doesnt look as good as this game
I agree, this is a story everyone needs to know about, especially the children. They need to know who's in the right and who's in the wrong
been rewatching some of the trailers...this game looks more like a movie than it does a video game. And that's a compliment!

Corporations are destroying the world and only these young ones can see what they're doing is wrong and they need to stop them... pretty sure the kids will get this more now than the kids did then.

Kinda sad to think that FF7's story about saving the planet and it's resources is more relevant now than it's ever been

Anyone else think Cloud doesn't sound quite right? Always imagined him having a voice that's a little more higher-pitched
The kids shouldn't be too young though, the game's story isn't exactly made for kids you know. I get what you mean though, exciting to think about all the people who'll get to experience the story for the first time
hopefully the other games get released on ps4, i'm not gonna have cash for a ps5 anytime soon

They should still release the other parts for PS4 of course. Releasing the first part on PS4 then the next parts on another console would be whack

So excited to play the game and control everyone! The new action-RPG gameplay style is exactly what I imagined while I played the original

Do you think they'll release the other parts exclusively for the PS5 or do you think it'll still release on the PS4?
well, at least you can still do it virtually on boards like these! ^_^ I know it's not the same, but it's the best we got
I remember reading somewhere that they wanted to make Cloud someone who wanted to look cool but isn't actually all that cool. So if he actually said that, I think it worked.
