Agree with this guy. You just might get surprised since WoFF is more of a pokemon-ish game rather than an FF game.

Nomura has a big contibution to what we're enjoying now FF games.
With everything they've said about the changes to the story and Midgar, there's a chance that it refers to something in the game
He's the director and character designer for the FF7 remake, but he's probably more famous for heading games like Kingdom Hearts
who is Nomura? been saying his name pop up here recently and I've been wondering what he has to do with FF7
Probably doesn't mean much. I mean the FFX remaster had HD Remaster in its title, so maybe it's just a thing that Square Enix likes to do
Big KH fan here and I'm not sure what you're talking about. Didn't even know Nomura was heading this one until you mentioned it
The game's built on the Unreal Engine, which is known for its portability, so it's prolly a good bet that the game will eventually come out on PC. Not sure when though...

Don't wanna spoil the game for anyone so I can't say a lot about it, but let's just say people haven't been a fan of the changes to the story

Does anyone know if the game's gonna come out on PC? I have a fully geared-out gaming PC, but it's gonna suck if I have to shell out cash for a console just for this one game

What about that last shot of Cloud at the end with the buster sword? Or actually, was that even Cloud to begin with?
On a scale from 1-10, how much has FF7 been Nomurafied? Not saying he's a bad influence per se, but KH fans know what happens when Nomura gets too much freedom
i'm frustrated too but maybe they have their reason. probably they are low key prohibiting the possibility of spoilers coming out and won't be uncontrollable until the expected release date.
Based on discussions I've seen elsewhere, seems like FF7R is the kind of game you're either going to really love or really hate. There is no middle ground.

The final trailer has some stuff that seems pretty different from the original too. Can't say much cause of spoilers but I wonder what the implications are of that one character getting attacked by that other character
Oh man, lucky you! Not sure since I don't have the game yet, but since you already have two, it's probably a safe bet that you'll continue getting the rest of the trophies while the game's not officially out yet
well according to this eurogamer article, releasing the game early will lead to some logistical issues apparently. not sure what that means, but I guess that's a good a reason as any to not release the game early digitially
I'm kinda bothered that Square Enix won't budge on the digital release date when places around the world are already selling physical copies of the game. They know everyone's cooped up at home, so why can't they release the game already???
Not at all! With the exception of some direct sequels like FFX-2 and FF13-2 and 3, none of the main FF games are linked by story, so go ahead and enjoy FF7 to the fullest!
no havent heard about leaks but it can't be that bad lol. I have complte faith in the team, especially since most of the same team are working on the remake
At least it'll come out eventually, I don't have my hopes up as a Switch owner :( Hopefully those rumors about the PS5 being cheaper are true...
