Take down the Luminas Tux first as it can buff the Phys. and Spec. Atk. of a single enemy any time it attacks. Ideally you'll want to have a high DPS Dark-type character like Ushiwakamaru to take it out before it can buff the enemy team.
Andromeda invites you to explore the General Area. There, you see many people who are happily living their lives in ALICE. Meanwhile, you receive a reply from the support team that there is no record of the memory information you requested to be restored.

Luminas Tux | Shadow Rally | Yellow Garbage |
It's best to take down the Shadow Rally as quickly as possible as it lowers the Phys. Atk. and Spec. Atk. of one random active party member every time it attacks or is attacked. Next target the Luminas Tux as it can buff the Phys. and Spec. Atk. of a single enemy any time it attacks.
A good team to exploit elemental weaknesses for this Quest would be Longinus to deal with Shadow Rally, Ushiwakamaru to deal with Luminas Tux, Neu or Sharizotan to deal with Yellow Garbage, and a healer or buff-type character of your choice.

Luminas Tux | Yellow Garbage |
It's best to bring along characters that can exploit the elemental weaknesses of Luminas Tux and Yellow Garbage. It's best to take out the Luminas Tux first as it can buff any the Phys. and Spec. Attack of its allies whenever it attacks. Yellow Garbage only buffs its Spec. Atk. when it is attacked, so it's better to save them for last.
When you tell Soga about the response from the support team, he speculates that you may have picked up some information that wasn't good for The Queen and that's may be why your personal information was deleted. If you can collect memory fragments, there's a chance that your memory will return. You decide to work with Soga to recover your memory and save Minato.

Blue Garbage | Luminas Tux | Shadow Rally |
Yellow Garbage |
Prioritize the taking down the Luminas Tux in the first round as it can buff the Phys. and Spec. Atk. of one enemy any time it attacks. The Yellow Garbage will go down quickly after that.
In round two target the two Shadow Rally ememies first as they can debuffs your Phys. and Spec. Atk. any time they attack or are attacked. Next target the Luminas Tux to minimize buffs to enemy attacks. Since both Blue and Yellow Garbage only buff Spec. Atk. after being attacked, you can save them for last without much consequence.

Battle 1 is pretty straightforward as it's just Blue and Yellow Garbage, so take them down quickly by exploiting elemental weaknesses.
In Battle 2 prioritize taking down the Luminas Tux first to limit their buffs. Next go for the TC11 Skinny-R enemies as they buff the enemy party when defeated.

Battle 2 is where the Cleopatra Knight boss appears. Target the smaller enemies first and take out the TC11 Skinny-R last before going for the boss herself. Be sure to bring along a heavy hitting Wood-type Character. Neu or Sharizotan are good options.

Cleopatra Knight | TC11 Skinny-R | Blue Garbage |
Luminas Tux | Shadow Rally | Yellow Garbage |
Aqua Max |
Before the TC11 Skinny-R makes itself the target of your attacks, try taking out the Cleopatra Knight directly. Since she's a Earth Element enemy, bringing along Neu or other Wood Element Folklore is essential. You can also try taking out the Blue Garbage or Shadow Rally instead.
Whatever you do, leave the TC11 Skinny-R last, or at least take it out once it draws your party's attacks.
Note: These characters are highly effective in this Chapter, but are not necessary to clear the story. If you can manage to get any of these characters, particularly the 3★ characters, your team will be significantly more capable.
