What is Phys. Atk? Physical Attack Explained

What is Phys. Atk?

Phys. Atk is Damage Dealt by Phys. Folklore

The Physical Attack stat determines how much damage a Folklore deals to enemies in battle. This makes the Phys. Atk stat important for Physical-type Folklore since the stat directly affects their damage output.

On the other hand, Phys. Atk does not affect the attack power of Special-type Folklore. Their attack power is determined by Spec. Atk. or Special Attack instead.

How to Increase Phys. Atk

Use Expansion Items and Credits

You can increase your Folklore's Phys. Atk by raising the Grade of your Folklore. To raise a Folklore's Grade you will have to expand their basic stats with Expansion Items and Credits that you earn from completing Quests and Missions.

Keep in mind that only Phys. type Folklore can have their Phys. Atk increased. If your Folklore is a Special type, you will instead have the option to raise their Spec. Atk. stat.

Leveling Up Your Folklore Increases Phys. Atk

Leveling up your Folklore through battles can also increase its Phys. Atk stat. Battle Records can also be used through the Level tab in the Character Menu to level up your Folklore outside of battle.

How to Get EXP Fast

Equipping World Memories Increases Phys. Atk

Certain World Memories can also buff a Folklore's Phys. Atk stat. This is on top of a World Memory's Skill, which can also grant additional buffs to a Folklore's Phys. Atk.
