Enter the house near the "Floaroma Town - Vivid & Scented" signboard, and talk to the girl with a Clefairy.
Enter the Flower Shop behind the Poke Mart and talk to the girl on the left to obtain the Spray Duck.

If you have a save data from previous Pokemon games, you can get a free Jirachi and Mew. Simply talk to the gentleman and madame in the southwestern part of the town to receive them.
If you have Shaymin in your party, talk to the lady northwest of the Pokemon Center to obtain Gracidea, which is used to change Shaymin's forms.
To catch Shaymin, you need to get Oak's Letter via Mystery Gift and catch in at Flower Paradise in Route 224.
You can start planting Berries in Floaroma Town. You will have to gather the two available Berries and acquire the Sprayduck in town in order to plant and harvest the former. Berries are useful as a held item throughout the entire story.
