The Iron Insignia Key Doorway Behind the Church

After opening the Iron Insignia Key door behind the church, you will find a Large Crystal on the opposite side of the doorway.

In the Outhouse Behind the House with the Red Chimney

When looking for the house with the red chimney, check the outhouse behind it to find a Large Crystal.

On a Gravestone in Potter's Field After House Beneviento

You can get a Large Crystal off of a gravestone in Potter's Field, but only after you beat House Beneviento. The same goes for a nearby gravestone with Vivianite on it.

Turn Right Before Entering the Shed with Chris in the Reservoir

Just before the cutscene with Chris Redfield in the Reservoir area, if you turn right, you will find an open area with Fish and a Large Crystal on the wall.

In the Crystal Room after Beating Urias in the Stronghold

After defeating Urias, you will be greeted by a room full of crystals. In this room you will find: Crystal Fragments x4, Large Crystal x1, Vivianite x1, Yellow Quartz x1

Floor B4 of Heisenberg's Factory

In a small back room on floor B4 of Heisenberg's Factory, look above and to the right of the doorway that you entered to find a Large Crystal.

In the Drill Room of Heisenberg's Factory

After a mining tunnel, you will find yourself in a room with a giant drill with a few enemies. Deal with the enemies in the room and approach the drill to find a Crystal Fragment and a Large Crystal.

Behind a Breakable Wall After the Drill Room in Heisenberg's Factory

After crawling through the vent of the room with the giant drill in Heisenberg's Factory, go down the ladder and there will be a breakable wall. Use a pipe bomb on it to find: Yellow Quartz x1, Large Crystals x2, and Vivianite x1.
