Finest Fish can be found in a pond with a few normal fish. These fish are located in the river directly East of the Altar area with the Duke. There's a drawbridge to the right side of the Lone Road that you will need the Crank to lower. After crossing the drawbridge you'll see a boat that you can use. Sail south to find this fishing spot
