Halloween Seadall is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage he deals will be equivalent to his Atk minus the foe's Res stat.

Halloween Seadall's inheritable weapon Pumpkin Stem+ grants a visible Atk/Res+6 bonus to himself and his nearby allies at the start of each turn.

In combat, Pumpkin Stem+ grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+X, where X is 4 plus the highest bonus on each stat between Halloween Seadall and his nearby allies.

This modified Bonus Doubler effect turns Halloween Seadall into a nice stat stick unit, making him versatile all around.

Dance provides additional options in battle

Halloween Seadall comes with Dance, which gives him versatility in every map. If attacking isn't optimal, he can simply use Dance to refresh an ally's turn instead.
