This is a more spread out version of the Harpie Deck, utilizing more cards now that the more powerful ones are currently Forbidden for the Water & Wind Festival.
Crucial here is the addition of Tempest and Lightning, which act as Level 7 fodder to get into Galaxy Tomahawk alongside Harpie's Pet Dragon - Fearsome Fire Blast to go into the Auroradon Engine.

Floowandereeze is still a powerful Deck for the Water & Wind Festival, but the loss of the various floodgates it usually runs does hurt into its slow and controlled playstyle.
Instead, lean more into the Deck Recipe's penchant for doing Tribute Summons. Empen and Snowl are still crazy strong, but the various Simorgh monsters are quite powerful monsters to consider.
An additional consideration is Hapi from the Horus archetype, who is technically a WIND monster.

The Lyrilusc archetype can only rely on itself for this event, as the other usual archetypes it supports (like Tri-Brigade) are unavailable for the event.
With that being said, it can go back to its usual playstyle of relying on multiple Direct Attacks with Lyrilusc - Assembled Nightingale.

For the most part, the general strategy with an Armored Xyz Shark Deck has not changed going into the Wind & Water Festival. It does lose some hand traps like Maxx "C" and Ash Blossom, but is still powerful nonetheless.
The usual bevy of Rank 4 monsters will work for this Deck, and access to higher Ranked Monsters through Armored Xyz and Full-Armored Xyz is crucial to get to the stronger boss monsters.

The Marincess can go all in on more WATER cards or select support from the Cyberse type. A notable addition is Sea Archiver, which is a good combo extender when chaining Link Summons one after the other.
The Deck did lose Marincess Wave, but in its place are two Continuous Traps in Eisbahn and Bubble Bringer to compensate.

The loss of the floodgates directly himpers the slow grind game that an Umi Control Deck is mainly known for. It does retain key monsters like Electric Jellyfish, Kairyu-Shin and Mega Fortress Whale, however.
Instead, this Deck leans a little more into aggression, with The Legendary Fishermen also doubling as another monster that is hard to remove from the field.

This combines two archetypes that usually polar opposites of one another when it comes to playstyle, but both powerful on their own as Control Decks. This Deck works with synergy with Paleozoics for being Level 2 monsters being milled, with a bonus of Transaction Rollback enabling Normal Trap Cards that are in the Graveyard.
They have the ability to go into Synchro Monsters, which are powerful on their own with Adamancipator Risen - Dragite, Chengying and Gymir.

The Penguins archetype does not have enoug support on its own to be a standalone Deck, though they do have potential with Penguin Brave and Royal Penguins Garden as a solid foundation. Here, they are supported by Icejade and Ice Barrier monsters, both powerful WATER-centric archetypes.
