Yes, Pull for Her For Her Silence Skill

Both Spell of Chaos and Sovereign of the Stars give Stella the Silence skill that can help your team do crowd control. The best part about this is that it affects the enemy team, especially if they have 2 of the lowest remaining HP percentages.

Aside from that, Stella gets a shield from Stella's Sovereign Shield at the start of a battle that cannot be dispelled.

She Works Well Even at One Merge

If you're pulling for Stella because of Silence debuff, she can work well with just her SR. The Spell of Chaos skill had the debuff by default, so she can be used as a debuffer.

However, if you want her to be an attacker, it is recommended that you raise her to at least UR since that's where her skills get the multiplier increase and LR for the improvement/increase in stats. That rarity also lets her equip her Unique Weapon, Chaos Queller, which increases her speed by 25% for one turn and is not dispellable.

High Damage Output

Her Unleash the Evil Eye skill boasts one physical attack equal to 800% of her ATK to the enemy with the highest ATK while restoring HP to her. It goes up to 1200% of her ATK on higher levels. She is a good debuffer and a heavy damage attacker if given appropriate runes and gears.

Stella was saved from a deadly accident by a witch as a child. Inspired by this heroic act, she grew up idolizing witches, dressing like one, and even adopting the nickname Sovereign of the Stars. Despite societal disapproval, Stella remains steadfast in believing witches are heroes and is determined to prove it.
