Should You Pull for Summer Moddey?
Get Summer Moddey if You Are Running an Amber Team
Based on her kit, Summer Moddey primarily does Poison debuff support and uses that to springboard her own damage as a secondary DPS.
She inflicts Poison on the enemy first, then, with her second active skill, she deals more attacks based on how many enemies are currently poisoned. Her second passive skill meanwhile gives her a stacking ATK buff that scales off of how many enemies are still poisoned.
If she manages to inflict Poison on the entire enemy team (on top of the ATK she's been absorbing from them with her first active skill), Summer Moddey has the potential to deal a lot of damage.
This makes her good to pair with other Amber units like Rustica (who can shield her)
Needs Multiple Copies to be Useful in PvP
Since her support and secondary DPS functions are too closely linked to each other, Summer Moddey will need to be awakened to at least LR rarity so she has the right stats to deal decent damage to enemies in PvP.
When Not to Pull for Summer Moddey
You Already Have a Better Crimson Secondary DPS
Essentially, Summer Moddey works very similarly to Potpourri who also needs to stack a status effect (Spoken Charm, in her case), before she starts dealing massive amounts of damage.
But with Potpourri, she only needs to stack Spoken Charm five times. If you already have her, there is little reason to get Summer Moddey except if you happen to like the character.
