The Koholint Sword is one of the five rewards available in Seashell Mansion, with this best sword in the game being the fourth reward.
To obtain the Koholint Sword, you need to collect at least 40 Secret Seashells scattered across Koholint and bring them to the mansion in Ukuku Prairie. This reward will be given on top of a Piece of Heart, the Seashell Sensor, and a Chamber Stone!
