lol dumbasses going “skip her! There are slightly more efficient options!” as if HSR “meta” means jack shit in a largely single player game. This is a game where FTP can easily clear vast majority of content.
i got her when she came out. i'm no master in building chars, but her side has always 3*. and overall i hit more often max* since. everyone who wants a powerful dps and has more than just hmc to support should get her.
