At the council map in Amphoreus there is a snuffed out flame. Interacting with it gives 3 dialogues. Not sure for the other two but one of them says about an old female voice saying "fires fade and the lords go without thrones". That's definitely a dark souls 3 reference.

Fly me 2 the ballon achievement is a reference to minhoyo’s first game fly me 2 the moon
idk if it's here already, but there's a jojo reference when you defeat a spear tip honored and shield during argent boss fight while they are all soul freed - the name of the achievement is 'my heart and soul are utterly unclouded' , which is a line said by funny valentine in part 7
Idk if it's already here, but Titanic reference (more specifically, the song), though the place you get the achievement is the complete opposite of the actual movie, which is at the bow of the Radiant Fieldspar where there are two origami birds. Still pretty good tho.

In the Trailblaze quest "A Walk Among the Tombstones", there is a dialogue option where the main character says "I Am the Bone of My Bat. Stellaron Is My Body and Trailblaze is My Blood." Its a reference to Fate/Stay Night and Archer's Noble Phantasm "Unlimited Blade Works"
