"I would choose bailu over luocha any day" Tell me you don't play hsr without saying you don't play hsr fr

    3047 Anonymous8 monthsReport

Luocha is best heal and always ll be for chars with loosing hp kit like Blade. They work together perfectly, and in the future we ll get for sure more such chars.

    3046 Anonymous8 monthsReport

It looks like best heal for Acheron ll be Gallagher cuz he inflicts debuffs. Besotted is debuff, Nectar Blitz reduces enemy atk it might be debuff to but I'm not sure and if he breaks weaknes inflict fire dot also debuff .Lots debuffs is what Acheron need ;)

    3045 Anonymous8 monthsReport

even bailu is sometimes better than luocha, her ult atleast prevents one shot, and she has revive, assuming the enemies dont have cc, I would choose bailu over luocha any day

    3044 Anonymous8 monthsReport

even most content creators say to skip luocha

    3043 Anonymous8 monthsReport

your too dumb, acheron is just one character you think every dps thats gonna come out dont need energy for ult. Doesnt matter if luocha has more heals, when huohuo healing is enuf, and she provides offensive buffs and 20 energy for the whole team which is million times better than luocha that has no offensive buffs other than being in the trash can

    3042 Anonymous8 monthsReport

isn't Luocha's heal more superior than Huohuo? he has emergency heal, or this whatever field he has while Huohuo makes up for the lack of that by her atk buff and energy buff at ult. although, with the release of characters' like Acheron you can't benefit from energy buff that much, and if they continue doing stuff like that Huohuo's energy regen (or even TY) might lose some value.

don’t those count as summons though? I don’t really think they’re cc since even cleanse is useless. Debuffs do mess up rotations sometimes so if we can prevent them all to gather than I’d consider that better.

    3040 Anonymous8 monthsReport

those are not even cc or any debuff, but boss phase that force you to at least break them no matter what. cleanse or resist are useless against that. kafka dominate debuff is what can be considered cc.

    3039 Anonymous8 monthsReport

Don't respect the Yankid, best ice DPS HSR.

    3038 Anonymous8 monthsReport

idk if it’s fair to compare that type of thing cause everything is uselsss against it unless you break/kill it. There are al lot of enemies with CC and DoTs and it can get in the way of fights and kill you if your not careful. I’d rather play comfortably and without worry so 100% effect resist would be very good, at least for me.

    3037 Anonymous8 monthsReport

some cc like svarog's mecha hand or this new penacony boss cc you won't avoid even with 200% eff res. with eff res is so that if devs will to cc you in some fights then nothing ll help you, rest cc are harmless :) its better to kill enemys fast then count on eff res XD in this game the best defense is offense

    3036 Anonymous8 monthsReport

yeah that’s what I was confused on. I knew CC and DoTs were different but I got confused by the wording of the comment so it made me wonder if effect resist didn’t prevent CC. Thanks for clearing it up! I hope they release a support who can also give effect resist like Aventruine so your team is immune to everything with the two.

    3035 Anonymous8 monthsReport

so 100% effect res means your character is immune to any debuff no matter how many ehr enemies have.

    3034 Anonymous8 monthsReport

cc (crowd control) is like freeze, entanglement and imprisonment. dot is not cc. but they are all considered as debuff. high effect res just means enemies will have harder time to land any debuff on your character. effect res is better than cc resist technically.

    3033 Anonymous8 monthsReport

wait I might be stupid but I thought that a 100% effect resist basically makes you immune to debuffs and CC or is CC a separate thing?

    3032 Anonymous8 monthsReport

    *70%

    3031 Anonymous8 monthsReport

Doesn’t yanqing also give himself 20% effect resist when his thingy is active? So that’s already 80% effect resist and you’d really only need 30% more.

    3030 Anonymous8 monthsReport

yeah I agree but getting 40% - 50% effect resist on a dps is possible especially since yanqing gives himself some free stats. My dr ratio has 30% effect resist somehow while still having a 75/190 crit, 135 speed and 2900 atk. Wasn’t aiming for it but it came anyway so with aventurine I’m only missing 20% to be immune. That said when a buffer who also gives effect resist and has synergy with yanqing, he’ll get a whole lot better for sure.

    3029 Anonymous8 monthsReport

diamond will give us unlimited cc prevention while buffing effect res to 100% trust me
