Any break DPS' damage mostly comes from HMRC, just like RM literally gives 68% dmg bonus and much more, making her more than half of the dmg your DPS does
i have FF and she completely sucks, most of the damage is coming from HMC, the real DPS, FF is just there looking dumb. I would rather wait until an actually better super break dps comes.

I use him with FF, he is great but only with her and maybe other two (Acheron and Boothill), while Luocha can literally go with anyone. I've never said he's bad, I only said that in my opinion Luocha is better, but Gallagher is free so I agree that it's not worth pulling Luocha if you already have Gal and another sustain. I just don't like seeing all this Luocha hate everywhere I go, everyone talks like he is completely useless while he isn't, he's still good, people are just hating

He has turn advance when he ults, he gives 2 debuffs per ult to enemy 2 which is great for Acheron, you can use his ult to heal on demand or break or debuffs and lowers a boss attack, another person who hasn't built Gallagher and thinks Luocha is better, lol and the new set that Firefly uses is also insane on him
Who else is he good with? Luocha has emergency healing, consistent sp generation, can remove a buff from enemy ecc... The only good thing about Gallagher is that he is free
