its more about dmg potential and the fact hp inflation simply pushes alot of characters further out and new characters are made with hp inflation in mind

she was meta for a long time doesn't matter. Newer DPS will always be better, all of the 3.x will be irrelevant once 4.x comes and same thing will happen 4.x units will be worst than 5.x units
