If they're making an anime of some sort, i would honestly want the story of the original & the art style from the remake.

Nid to see Tifa in her dress from the remake. 2D ver.

my personal favorite would be aerith & her anime ver should be as stylish as her <3

if they're thinking to even have an anime.. i'd want to see bones animation, current style from the remake, a sleepwalker jrockish song as opening :))

Studio Bones would be a great choice for a FF7 anime, especially after seeing their work with HeroAca and Mob Psycho.

They released an OVA year 2005, if not mistaken with the year. It's very short & doesn't feel like FF7 at all. It's more like a trailer to me tbh. Or a highlight of what had happened in the game. Or glimpses of what had happened.
